straight. Soon after you pass through the 5th set of lights, you will see a
"Halfords" sign ahead on the right, with Torre (Torquay) Railway Station next to
it, at the 6th set of lights.

Approaching Torquay from the North (Exeter direction), come off the end of M5 Motorway (south-bound) at Exeter, driving in the nearside lane onto the A380, signposted to Torquay/Torbay. Continue for about 19 miles, to the large Penn Inn Roundabout (near Newton Abbott). Take the second exit from the roundabout into Newton Road, through Kingskerswell, right to Torquay.
Immediately after
Kingskerswell, at the roundabout with
"The
English Riviera"
fashioned in flowers on the left hand roadside cutting, the A380 Torbay Ring
Road turns off to the right but you continue straight ahead on "Riviera Way"
(A3022 dual carriageway), for another mile or so. From this point on, you will
pass through 6 sets of traffic lights altogether. At the third set of
traffic lights, you pass a "McDonalds" restaurant on the left and the road
becomes single carriageway. Then you pass a "Focus" Warehouse on the left at a
4th set of lights.

Approaching the 6th set of lights, you take the left hand lane and then bear left through the green filter arrow, at the 6th lights (still in Newton Road). Newton House is located about 30 yards past the 6th set of lights, on the left hand side, at No.31 Newton Road. It is the first Guest House you see on the left.
